Treating Epilepsy with Nutritional Supplements
Quantum Brain Healing treats epilepsy by analyzing the root of the disease. Triggers of epilepsy include vitamin and mineral deficiencies, food allergies, stress, environmental toxins and allergens, physical or emotional trauma, neurotoxins like aspartame, allergic reactions to pharmaceutical drugs, recreational drug abuse, stimulants, sleep deprivation, strobe light exposure, low blood sugar, extreme temperature exposure either hot or cold, trauma, and dehydration.
Many types of illness can produce seizures in a crisis stage. It is uncommon, but a diabetic patient whose glucose levels are extremely low or high may experience a seizure. These patients must have their glucose levels stabilized to avoid seizures. This event would be a seizure disorder rather than epilepsy. Detoxification will benefit many of these patients reacting to toxins and allergens. Detox can shorten or eliminate some seizures.
One-half of epileptic patients have abnormal carbohydrate metabolism resulting in hypoglycemia. Low blood sugar can trigger a seizure or cause the person to faint. Eating can stave off a seizure if the epileptic person can closely monitor symptoms of hypoglycemia. They have low levels of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, calcium, manganese, zinc, and magnesium. They are often deficient in L-cysteine. Quantum Brain Healing will replace the missing nutrients in therapeutic doses.
Electrical activity of the brain is affected by the excess or deficiency of nutritional factors including vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. Seizures can be caused by deficiencies of Vitamin B-3 or Vitamin B-6. Extreme excess levels of Vitamin A can result in seizures. Quantum Brain Healing uses amino acid therapy along with nutritional supplements to restore the brain to its non-seizure state. Acupuncture can used to rewire the brain. When the correct supplements are used with acupuncture, new brain cells can grow and the brain can slowly be rewired for some people. Children that are born with epilepsy are more difficult to treat. It is difficult to treat patients that are unable to communicate.
