  • Young women who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant should not take resveratrol. This is because it is considered to be alcoholic thus may interfere with the foetus in pregnant women. Young children should not take resveratrol either as it may cause sicknesses related to alcohol.
  • Resveratrol related ailments. These illnesses are brought about by using an over dose of the resveratrol. Therefore it is advisable that you follow your prescriptions to the end. Using an over dose of the resveratrol does not assure of quick results but it alters the entire functioning of the body thus causing problems.
