Insanity Workout Tips
People are always looking for new tips when it comes to various exercise programs. Â However, a few of us have been doing the program called "Insanity" since last year and we have seen fabulous results. I have gathered a few tips that people can use if they are using Insanity. Â The following are some that anyone can use:
The first tip - always have a bottle of cold water when exercising. Â Do not drink any other recovery drink. Â Water is the ultimate recovery liquid that should be used for exercising.
The second tip - stretch before the Insanity workout exercises. Â During the DVDs, Shawn T., the instructor, will have you warm up by doing ten minutes of exercises. Â Then he has you stretch for about seven minutes, then it's on to the hard core training that makes Insanity so famous for. Â However, if you are in a hurry - if anything, do not fast-forward through this. Â Stretching is the most important. If you skip this, you WILL hurt yourself. Â So follow the video's instructions. Â You may not be able to do all the stretches since they will feel a bit extreme at first, but just try your best.
The third tip that you can try is meditation before doing Insanity. Â Imagine yourself doing the program with ease and loving it. Â Tell your inner-mind that you love to exercise because it helps you lose weight. Â Also, picture yourself being motivated. Â This type of imagery will help you do any type of exercising - and you will eventually look forward to doing Insanity every day.
