Don't be alarmed if you notice red bumps you used to see on your face as a teenager on your baby's face. This skin problem is considered common among newborns and is called baby acne. Baby acne usually appears on the baby's cheeks and on other areas of the face.

4 . When dressing your baby, put her in hypoallergenic clothing to avoid irritating her skin.
5 . Follow good hygiene habits when handling your baby.
6 . Avoid applying any type of baby lotion or baby oil.
Severe acne that lasts beyond the first 6 months, may need to be treated by your paediatrician about using a mild skin cleanser. This could help clear up mild cases of acne faster.
