Shaving

Shaving can help in the prevention and spreading of your acne. It can exfoliate or remove dead skin and prevents clogging of your pores. To achieve these results, you should know the proper technique of shaving.

Shaving cannot only prevent acne formation; it can also help get rid of your blackheads and white heads.  Do not shave areas that are sore or infected. When there is an acne outbreak, do not let this deter you from shaving. Just remember to avoid areas that are sore or infected. A tear in skin will allow the bacteria to enter in your epidermis, making it hard to get rid.

Healthy Skin Regimen

As much as possible avoid products with alcohol content. Products with alcohol content can take off the top layer of your skin and cause your glands to produce more oil, thus clogging your pores in the process. Use products with gentle exfoliation to prevent tearing of your skin.

Try cleansing your face as gentle as possible.  It is recommended to wash your face twice in a day and do not over wash because this could obstruct the pores in your skin.

Healthy Diet

You should also hydrate your skin by drinking the recommended 8-10 glasses of water a day. Drinking more water will help you flush out the bad toxins in your body, which will prevent you from getting acne. In addition, with proper hydration and making good, healthy dietary food choices your skin will remain moisturized.
