HGH and Testosterone- Anti Aging Benefits of HGH

What is HGH?

HGH is the master hormone in your body and is made up of 191 amino acids. It is secreted by the pituitary gland located at the base of the brain.

HGH or human growth hormone is called the master hormone because it regulates all the other hormones in your body. The main function of HGH is to enable the liver to produce Insulin Growth Factor IGF1 which triggers tissue and bone growth throughout your body.

What is Testosterone?

Testosterone is essentially the male hormone and it is secreted in the testes. Testosterone is responsible for maintaining sex drive and sexual function in men. Not only this, it is also the hormone behind higher muscle mass, facial hair, aggressive behavior in men

Testosterone production peaks during puberty when major body growth takes place. But testosterone production begins declining after the age of 30. This is responsible for loss of lean muscle, weight gain, irritable behavior, mood swings, sleep problems etc.,

Link between Testosterone and HGH

HGH or human growth hormone regulates all the other hormones and a decline in HGH levels affects all the aspects of your body. The decline in HGH levels (after the age of 30) coincides with the decline in testosterone levels.

HGH Therapy and Testosterone Production

However, restoring HGH levels can help boost testosterone production as well.

HGH therapy not only helps you increase your energy levels, improve lung and heart function, improve sleep quality etc., but also helps you get an improved or libido and overcome sexual dysfunction. This is largely because it helps boost your testosterone production.

Though there are various forms of HGH supplementation including injections, oral sprays and supplements, the best form is HGH supplements.

While HGH injections produce very fast results, they have some serious side effects. HGH oral sprays, on the other hand, do not work because HGH is a large molecule that cannot pass through the membranes in your mouth.

HGH supplements or releasers are far more effective while being safe at the same time. This is because they are not a replacement therapy but are simulators that help stimulate your pituitary gland so that it can increase its own production and secretion of HGH.

These supplements have gained huge popularity among men trying to overcome and combat age effects.
