Exercise does not need to be hard and it can consist of going for a walk around the park. However, it is very good for you and releases chemicals into your body so that you feel happier and promote your body to work fully.

Of course, back pain could be just that and no matter how much stress relief you do, you will never stop the pain from happening or returning. It is common for the lower back to weaken quickly and easily so it is very important to keep the strength up. This can be done with a few exercises that you can perform in the comfort of your own home. There are a number of these exercises available on the Internet but remember that you should stop doing the exercise if it is causing you unexpected pain.

Sitting Is Not Good For You

Sitting for too long is actually one of the main causes of back pain, due to your bad posture. It is important to walk around as often as you can. Take a fifteen minute walk on your lunch break, if you sit at your desk all the time, or walk around the house for a while if you are on the couch the whole time. Walking and doing things will also help with stress relief because it will stop you from thinking about things while you think about what you are doing. On the other hand, it can give you time to work out a problem, if that is what you need.
