First, spinach

Second, carrot

Children generally do not like to eat the whole piece of carrot, so parents can make it into different kinds of dishes. For example, you can make it into carrot juice. If the children not like carrot juice, you can mix it with apple and squeeze the juice, which has a special taste and may be preferred by children. Third, milk
Milk is rich in calcium, which is the most nutritious substance for the formation of the bones. Calcium could easily be absorbed by the children who are at the growth stage. Although drinking milk can not guarantee that the children will grow much taller, however, if the body lack of calcium, it is certainly that children can not grow normally. Fifth, black soybean
Soybean is a kind of widely recognized protein-rich food. Especially black soybean, it contains high content of protein. So it is very conducive to the growth of children.
