It is highly recommended by the health experts that one should have at least 8 liters of water and one fruit in their daily diet.
- Optimum exposure to sun: Monitor your sun exposure; else you will have a dead and dry skin. You might get surprised on this but the fact is that too much of exposure to the sun rays can damage the skin. Although young people invest lot on sun bathing without realizing that they are ruining their own skin.
