Easy Help to Cure Acne Naturally

We're not necessarily recommending them ourselves, although we have our own feedback that indicates they can be extremely effective. We're just reporting what users - and lots of them! - have to say about these home acne remedies.

Diet is another important factor to look at while trying to clear up acne. The foods you eat have as much to do with the health of your skin as the skin products you use. Plenty of fruits and vegetables are important for healthy skin, as are whole grains and plenty of fiber. Avoiding foods that are full of sugar, over-processed, and that contain trans fats or saturated fats are a great way of ensuring that the skin is healthy.

Your acne can be affected just as much by what you put into your body as it can by what you put onto your body. Taking a close look at the foods you eat can help you clear up your acne quickly. Fried foods, too much sugar, and processed foods can cause pimples. It's important to cut as much of these out as possible. Drink plenty of water daily to flush the toxins from the body. Also, eating fruits and vegetables, fiber, and plenty of Omega 3 fatty acids like those found in fish can all help you have beautiful, clean and smooth skin.

Avoid tight clothing. Scarves, hats, and helmets can cause a build up of moisture and heat. This can cause skin irritation. It can also lead to sweating, which can cause dirt and bacteria to stick to the skin. Stick to wearing loose fitting clothing.

Avoid eating refined sugar, fried foods, and trans fats such as margarine, shortening, milk products and hydrogenated vegetable oils.

APPLY A NATURAL SCRUB. Combine 3 Tbsp. of baking soda with 3 tsp. of water, and spread it over your wet chest skin. Use your fingers to massage the baking soda mixture around your chest. After 2 minutes, rinse off your chest with water. Another excellent remedy to get rid of acne is tea tree oil with jojoba oil. Both of these oils have their special properties which help to reduce zits and blackheads. Jojoba oil resembles human sebum, so it helps to melt the build up sebum, and tea tree oil is a powerful anti-bacteria so it kills the bacteria responsible forming pimples and acne. So, mix jojoba oil and tea tree oil in a 10:3 proportion and apply the mix all over the affected area.

Baking Soda - in a small bowl, put some baking soda and add just enough water to make a paste. Dab the paste on your acne and wait a few minutes (let it dry on your face) - With the extra paste in the bowl, scrub your face gently.
