It's 2.30 in the morning, people else is asleep, you have to be up at 6.30 for work. The only event check you based on what i read in receiving to sleep is the incessant, relentless ringing in your ears. Noise exposure- Prolonged exposure to loud noise or even a single high-frequency noise can damage the cochlea, the shell-like part of the inner ear, which can cause tinnitus. Ear or sinus infections- These infections can cause a mucous build up in your inner ear damaging the cochlea. Earwax- believe it or not, an excessive amount or earwax has been known to cause tinnitus. Never use cotton buds to clean your ears as this actually pushes more wax deeper into your ear instead of removing it. Stress, anxiety and depression- traumatic events in your life can also trigger tinnitus symptoms.

Deaths, divorces, redundancies can all increase stress and anxiety levels significantly. Once tinnitus starts, failure to control your symptoms can make the noise worse as is sends you into more anxiety and depression. Medication- Some anti-depressants, aspirin containing medications and antibiotics have been linked to tinnitus. Some people have an allergic reaction to these medicines and amongst the side-effects is tinnitus.
