Do You Have Parasites?

By:   |   Jul 08, 2018   |   Views: 15   |   Comments: 0

The term "parasites" has come to be used by many in the natural health field as a rather broad term that includes many different types of pathogens from fungi to roundworms. The simple truth is that our food chain and our environment contain many such creatures, which over time we have evolved to live in balance with.

Many people may have one form of parasite or another, and the vast majority will not have any clue that they have them because they are not present in high enough levels to cause clinical disease. It is only when our bodies become stressed in some way, that this balance between our immune system and infection can become upset to the point where we need to consult with our doctor.

Most of the time, the background levels that we carry may do nothing more than reduce our digestive efficiency, reducing the absorption of nutrients from the intestines, and thereby exerting a more general effect on the nutritional status of our body. It is for this reason that many cultures around the world have traditionally used herbal remedies to hold their parasitic infections in check, periodically cleansing to ensure that this balance between humans and their parasites does not become too far distorted.

One such combination of traditional cleansing herbs that has been extensively written about is Dr Hulda Clark's Parasite Cleanse. The cleanse is made up of three herbs: green coloured (fresh) Black Walnut Hull, Cloves and Wormwood and is suitable for anyone over the age of 12 years old. Taken periodically it can assist with maintaining healthy digestion and thereby can play a key role in the broader health of your body.

In support of her parasite cleanse, Dr Hulda Clark also talks about cleansing the kidneys twice per year (for 3 to 6 weeks at a time). Dr Clark Kidney Cleanse uses another traditional herbal combination which she then adapted through her research to include selected vitamins and minerals. Here the aim was to maintain optimal filtration capacity of the kidneys, in turn aiding the body with elimination of the normal metabolic waste (including that produced by parasites) that we create every day.
