Bruises Treatment

A bruise gets its deep color from a blood vessel or vessels that break under the skin and leak blood into the surrounding area. As it heals, it becomes paler in color and less painful to the touch. Bruises are very common, and if you are human, you've suffered a bruise in your life. Getting rid of bruises is very easy. To prevent bruises you can wear protective clothing (long sleeves, long pants, shoes that protect your feet, etc) over those regions where you tend to repeatedly bruise yourself. Studies show that people with vitamin C deficiencies bruise easily, most likely because their blood vessels are weak. Avoid a deficiency and guarantee your consumption of bioflavonoids by eating a diet rich in dark green, leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Another nutrient that plays a role in the synthesis of collagen is the copper. Copper is a trace mineral found in oysters, most nuts and legumes (peas and beans). If one applies this 3-4 times a day the bruise will heal much quicker.
