Acne can be very embarrassing especially when you are in public. But do not despair there is a solution to your pimples problem. There are a number of commercial products on the market that claim to treat acne and heal acne scars but as with anything to do with the skin, natural remedies should always be favoured because they provide much better long-term benefits.

After washing the affected area, apply honey on the butt having acne in a circular motion. The honey is considered the best natural anti-swelling and anti-inflammatory agent. But make sure that the body is properly cleaned when you apply this formula. Let the honey penetrate into the skin for around 20 minutes and after that wash it carefully.

Try a diligent application of coconut oil several times a day and at bedtime to see the healing benefits. It's always best to seek non-invasive and natural treatment for any skin condition.

Drink more water. We don't drink enough of aqua everyday. When your body is deprived of water, many things can go wrong. Water is indispensable for clearing out the toxins in your body which can cause severe acne.

It's easy to treat acne cheaply, simply, naturally, yet effectively, at home. It bears repeating, you want to be good to your skin and never pop or squeeze a pimple no matter how tempting. A new, non-invasive treatment using red light and blue light in combination has been extremely successful on severe acne.

In case you do not have facial acne but acne on the buttocks area, then you should keep changing your underwear often.

Eat a lot of fish. Fish is well known to have the omega 3 oils that are so good for the heart and surprisingly also for the skin. Hence, if you want a natural acne remedy, you need to eat more fish.

Try and increase your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet which are loaded with acne-fighting vitamins and antioxidants.

Eat less carb. Starchy foods are bad for your skin's. It worsens your acne condition. Hi-carb foods promote the growth of candida albicans, which is also another huge factor of acne.
