Anxiety Can Have Many Faces
This phrase was given to me by a reader. I was astonished, whoever can think of such a sentence? I guess the person who wrote it does not suffer from anxiety or if he or she does there are many people around at all times wishing to help.
Happiness is not linked to anxiety. Happiness is a feeling, it comes from within you, it belongs to your soul. Anxiety can be created inside you, it does not belong to your soul. Anxiety might stem from your unconscious mind or be created by circumstances outside some of them beyond your control. However, if these create anxiety there is a very low self esteem governing you.
Happiness is a permanent feature of your soul. Sometimes you may not be aware of it. Anxiety may dwell within you, the cause of which you may or may not know.
Anxiety can have many faces, with varying degree of intensity. Its best " to take the bull by the horns", look anxiety in its face, try to breathe evenly, drop your shoulders. Dropping of shoulders releases tension instantly, once again you can breathe fully. Your anxiety may disappear immediately. The fact that anxiety is gone brings about happiness, as a result anxiety may seem like happiness. This is only because you busted anxiety and felt good spreading happiness all around.
The sentence stated at the top "Anxiety can look like Happiness" does not seem real to me. What do you think of it? Can anxiety look like happiness to you?
